We serve every street in Cedarhurst, NY 11516: Central Avenue and its side streets, Cedarhurst Park, the Lawrence-Cedarhurst LIRR station area and the apartment buildings along Central and Cedarhurst Avenue. Cedarhurst is about 22 minutes from our office at 2275 Merrick Ave, down Peninsula Boulevard to Central Avenue, so same-day appointments are realistic, not a slogan.
The homes we clean in Cedarhurst are a mix of single-family colonials and the co-op and rental apartments along Central Avenue, where we work around building rules, elevators and certificate-of-insurance requests. Cedarhurst gives us two kinds of jobs: houses off Central Avenue with carpeted bedrooms and stairs, and apartments where the super wants a COI before we bring equipment up. We carry the insurance paperwork and a portable unit for buildings where the truck hose can't reach. Pre-holiday weeks are the busiest, so booking a week ahead gets you the morning slot.
Our technicians pass through Cedarhurst every day on the way to Hewlett, Woodmere, Lawrence and Long Beach, where we’ve completed more than 30 appointments since July 2026. That means a Cedarhurst booking slots into an existing route instead of waiting for a truck to be free, and the written price is the same one your neighbors in the next town got.
