The homes we clean in Oceanside are capes and ranches from the 1950s, many expanded upward with carpeted second floors and stairs, and finished basements that double as playrooms. Oceanside is one of the closest towns to our Merrick office, which is why same-day requests from Oceanside usually get a same-day slot. The typical Oceanside job is a two- or three-bedroom second floor plus the stairs, or a sectional that has survived a few years of kids and a dog. Basement playrooms with glued-down carpet get our low-moisture method so they dry the same afternoon.
From our own dispatch records: 3 Oceanside appointments since July, 1 completed and paid, across sofas (2) and rugs (1). A few of the recent Oceanside jobs, exactly as they were booked:
Every one of those had a written price before the technician started. Yours will too.
