We serve every street in Long Beach, NY 11561: the West End, the East End, the canals, Park Avenue and Beech Street, the boardwalk co-ops and condos on Shore Road and Broadway, plus Lido Beach and Point Lookout. Long Beach is about 20 minutes from our office at 2275 Merrick Ave, over the Loop Parkway or Long Beach Road, so same-day appointments are realistic, not a slogan.
The homes we clean in Long Beach are beach bungalows and raised post-Sandy homes in the West End, elevator co-op and condo buildings along the boardwalk, and family homes in the East End and the canals. Long Beach carpet has a problem the rest of Nassau doesn't: sand. It works down into the fiber and acts like sandpaper every time you walk on it, and salt air leaves everything slightly tacky so dirt sticks. We pre-vacuum with a commercial machine before the hot-water extraction, which pulls the sand out instead of pushing it deeper. For the boardwalk buildings we bring the certificate of insurance and a portable unit for the higher floors.

Every one of those had a written price before the technician started. Yours will too.
